Free delivery for all orders of $150 or more for the Quebec region. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours on business days. On rare occasions there may be delays in deliveries, unfortunately there are situations beyond our control. The delivery rate is calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery outside of Canada may result in additional delays, customs fees, and taxes. Endless Luxury will not be responsible for these additional fees and delays. Customs fees and taxes will be the customer's responsibility. IMPORTANT: In the event that the customer provides incorrect shipping information, the customer will be responsible for any additional delays and additional fees incurred by reshipping. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the package is in the carrier's care, it becomes their responsibility. In case of any issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with the tracking number provided. However, if you need assistance, we will be happy to help you open a claim with the carrier. No refunds will be accepted.

Although your order is inspected before shipping, double check upon receipt that everything is in perfect condition and that your requested order has no item errors.

Our return policy extends to 5 days following receipt of your shipment. You therefore have 5 days to request a return/exchange upon receipt of your purchase. Returns and/or refunds are only accepted if an error on your order was made by our team. Did you order a choice too quickly or by mistake? We can accept certain exchanges within the same time frame above, however, the costs for the return and for the delivery of the exchange will be at your expense. Our magnetic strips are reusable. You must keep them in their original case and remove any excess tracer that may accumulate on the magnets. On average, they can be used up to 30X. Our bouquets with the DIY technique are also reusable. Preserve and clean your used bouquets and reuse them 2 to 3 additional times.
