Our return policy extends to 5 days following receipt of your shipment. You therefore have 5 days to request a return/exchange upon receipt of your purchase. Returns and/or refunds are only accepted if an error on your order was made by our team. Did you order a choice too quickly or by mistake? We can accept certain exchanges within the same time frame above, however, the costs for the return and for the delivery of the exchange will be at your expense. You will need to present your proof of purchase. Your item must also be in the same condition as sent. It must be in its original case, neither worn nor broken: in excellent condition. No returns can be accepted without sending your request by email. When your shipment is received and accepted, you can proceed to purchase your new order. To receive a refund, we will contact you to confirm whether it is accepted or not accepted. You will automatically receive a refund on your purchase method during your transaction. It may take time for the balance to return to your account depending on the terms of your bank or credit card. Certain conditions apply. We cannot accept returns on items on promotion or purchased with a gift card.

First, check if you need to adjust the extension strips by cutting one magnet at a time on each side (from the outside) only as needed. 1. Swirl your magnetic liner before applying to each eyelid. 2. Draw a thin line or your preference with the magnetic scriber. To ensure good adhesion of the internal corners, extend your tracer by the length of an additional magnet. 3. With the help of your application tweezers, delicately take your first strip of eyelash extensions by one of the ends and place the first magnet on the inner corner, keeping your eye open and looking straight. The other magnets will follow your magnetic tracer line. (No waiting time is necessary) 4.Pinch your strip towards your eyelid in several places to ensure the hold is secure. Clean skin helps with better staying power. You can apply them before or after your makeup. Mascara is not necessary unless your natural eyelashes are light.

You will need to remove your eyelash extension strips by lifting one of the ends. One magnet at a time, with the help of your gold-plated tweezers for easy removal and to ensure delicacy. Check each of your magnets and remove the thin layer of magnetic tracer if necessary in order to have good adhesion for the next application. — Using eyebrow tweezers can facilitate this small removal on the magnets. Store your eyelashes in their case. A makeup remover for waterproof makeup is recommended in order to thoroughly clean the application area and completely remove the magnetic tracer.

1. Choose your lengths and apply adhesive mascara (Bond) to the base of your natural eyelashes (from below like applying mascara) 2. Take your bouquets one at a time and adjust to hold them by the tip. Come and place each bouquet under your natural eyelashes (not on the skin) from the base of the bouquet. Using the tweezers, pinch the bouquet with your natural eyelashes. 3. Apply sealant with the tip from below the base to the middle of the natural lashes - You can also apply it from above without touching the tips of the clumps.

For your removal, use the remover designed to remove our lash pieces as well as the adhesive on your natural lashes. A makeup remover for waterproof makeup will be recommended to finalize your removal and clean your eye area using a makeup remover and a makeup remover pad. Preserve your used bouquets: Let them soak in your cleanser, then using a wet cotton swab, gently clean one bouquet at a time and let them dry.

Our magnetic strips are reusable. You must keep them in their original case and remove any excess tracer that may accumulate on the magnets. On average, they can be used up to 30X. Our bouquets with the DIY technique are also reusable. Preserve and clean your used bouquets and reuse them 2 to 3 additional times.
